AI-Driven Conversational Agent with Data Visualization

In this forward-looking initiative, the goal was to build an advanced AI-powered system using ChatGPT and complementary AI technologies to bridge the gap between complex technical manuals, unstructured datasets, and everyday user inquiries. The result: a powerful chatbot that could not only answer questions contextually but also visualize insights using map-based and graphical dashboards — all accessible via natural voice conversation.

Electricity System Distribution (Ontario)

The project was initiated by the Ontario Ministry of Energy to centralize and modernize the management of Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) across the province—spanning solar, wind, microgrids, and battery systems.

Design System Contributions & Accessibility Leadership

In large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments — especially across public and regulated industries — consistency, scalability, and accessibility are not just design preferences, they’re non-negotiable standards. As part of multiple transformation programs, I played a key role in contributing to and maintaining centralized Design Systems that enforced UX/UI consistency and WCAG-compliant accessibility across product portfolios.
